We’re excited to announce that the deal for the Heart of Uptown Apartments (HUPA) renovation is officially closed, and construction is now underway at 927 W. Wilson!

This marks the first of four phases of construction and relocation for the HUPA buildings. Starting in February, residents should expect to receive monthly newsletters with updates on construction, moving schedules, and other important details.
