The Heart of Uptown Apartments rehab team continues to work hard to determine our rehab scope of work in 2024. As part of that effort, you may notice design and engineering professionals walking through your building as they put together our base mechanical, engineering, plumbing, and elevator scope of work. A plumbing company is also scoping the sewer lines and plumbing stacks to determine whether the plumbing infrastructure needs repairs.

Elevator service at Wilson may be interrupted very briefly on Friday November 17th. Other than that, you should not experience any disturbance or service interruption during this time.
